When you think about it Hazel McCallion, Mayor of Mississauga since 1978 has outlasted every other Mayor in Canada. Coming up for re-election this year I think it is safe to say that at least another three years are promised. Her closest competitor in 2006 got 5% of her total votes. She still gets out on the ice with a hockey stick from time to time. We desperately need more hard working fearless politicians, like Hazel. I wish I lived in Mississauga so I could vote for her. Go Hazel!
